we originally bought into your technology to have "insurance verification" workload taken away from staff. It worked fine the first couple of weeks. However, the staff is needing to do it themselves by contacting the provider about frequencies. Work that weave was doing but now only does infrequently at best. Before we can add ideas on improving the app, we are sharing our thoughts on how not to LESSEN the app. Please respond and let us know action is being taken. Otherwise we need to find technology (and it does exist)that is more suitable for our needs. Thank You
