Easy workaround to integrate Weave with Cloud9 - online scheduling
Hello,
Weave isn't fully integrated with Cloud9 online scheduling. But, there is a easy workaround to fix that.
Problem description: When using Weave online scheduling, it list ALL the available spots from Cloud9.
Important information: Every appointment in Cloud9 requires the appointment code that describes the appointment type. Weave is capable to extract these codes/information.
Solution: Weave needs to filter the available time spots codes for New Patients - NP and BC - and eliminate the other codes.
That's all. One simple filter fixes the integration.
This solution is applicable to every Cloud9 customer.
