Manage Direct Messaging Capability at User Level
Manage Direct Messaging Capability at User Level - ability to turn on or off this function in User Management. Would like capability to turn it off if needed and the ability to audit text messaging between team members either thru the desktop app or via some reporting capability.

In response to KJ's question, yes to both. Unfortunately direct messages to team members isn't always business communication. Currently there isn't a way to audit communication amongst team members nor turn off the team direct message capability, while still leaving the ability to text clients on.

Hi Barb, Thanks for your feedback. Just so I understand this clearly, are you referring to:
1) being able to audit Team Chat messages
AND
2) turn off the Team Chat feature for certain users in User Management?
