Regulate the ability to delete text messages
Text messages that have already been sent to clients are able to be deleted. For example, if a tech assistant erroneously tells a client to discontinue medication, they can delete the text message after it has already been sent and received by client. As the practice manager, I cannot see what has been sent from our business number, even though a client has received this. The information is not recoverable. I propose that the ability to delete text messages is only a permission for Advanced User and above. In other words, this permission can be disabled by assigning someone a more "junior" user status. Thanks for listening to my TED talk.
