Missed call reminder feature
Away for Weave to remind the office they have not returned a call they missed or that was abandoned. Specifically if the caller hasn't left voicemail or texted the office back.

In the desktop app and mobile apps please allow users to archive calls similar to the way texts are handled. This will not only clear visual distractions but will allow up to empty the "inbox".
Or, once a missed call is returned, create an indicator to show it was returned or a way to create an internal note on the thread would be helpful as well.

We all miss calls throughout our busy days. We strive to return all missed calls but as of now there is now way to ensure that all missed calls are returned. Is there a way we can track returning all missed calls? If we return a miss call can the miss call number change from red to another color? Could we also create a report which indicates the missed calls that were returned?

The Dr. wants our system to be able to track missed calls and whether staff has responded to them. Something like the Actionable tab, but for missed calls. He has 5 locations and when New Patients call in, if they are missed, then that patient will not call back but seek out a new business for their dental hygiene needs. The Dr. wants to be able to have staff call out and mark missed calls as "called out" or "completed" to show that the missed call was taken care of and eliminates multiple staff calling out on those missed calls by accident.

In the Admin Portal you can see the call records and filter by abandoned and missed calls, but we would love to see a feature where we can track the missed calls that we have reached back out to. Maybe adding a checkbox column.
