If multiple contacts are present, at least list ONE of them and have the "Multiple Contacts" link to see all of them.
"Multiple Contacts" should all be listed in the Weave call pop-up and should NOT require clicking on an additional link. Or if multiple contacts are present and for some reason not all of them can be listed, at least list ONE of them and have the "Multiple Contacts" link available to click on to see ALL of them.
The New Weave Experience software doesn't list a patient's name for Incoming Call notification and instead says "Multiple Contacts". I understand that we can click on the "Multiple Contacts" to then see all the contacts, but this is a BAD change. We have MULTIPLE sibling patients . So now all our incoming call notifications say "Multiple Contacts" instead of the Name. This needs to be fixed because it is making Weave unusable.

The whole point of Weave is to make it EASIER for my front desk. Instead, all incoming calls (b/c we have the telephone number of parents and patients listed in our Cloud9Ortho software) now have "Multiple Contacts" in the pop-up instead of the actual name.
I've already read the recommended article about "Call Pop Article" and it is unhelpful.
I figured that since this is the Beta Version, Weave would want feedback. I want to let you know that this new software is worse than the original one due to this "Multiple Contacts" issue in the pop-up notification.
