Dentrix has several crucial built in patient lists. One of them is called the "unscheduled list". This is a catch all list where patients who missed, broke, or postponed their appointment indefinitely get added to. Currently there is no way to access that data from weave (yes i am aware of marketing campaign and filters and no it can not be done). There should be an easy way to access the patients on this list via weave so that follow up text messages AND email messages could be sent. They don't all need to go out at once as i know about the TCPA compliance, however when we were with Solutionreach we used this feature all the time! We'd send a batch text message every 3 months to the patients on that list and solutionreach would space out the messages enough so we didn't get into any trouble or got black listed.
