one office has requested that rather than having "0/3 appointment times selected" That there be a message for their clients asking, "please select three appointment times that work best for you and we will reach out to confirm once we have reviewed your request" or something similar. Customer states that the interactive counter is confusing and that they are losing clientele due to this detail alone.
