What pain points/suggestions does the office have?
The office wants a way to stop invites sending to people who no-show'd their appointments.
I've had a bunch of offices request this, so I'm putting in the request for this specific office.
I'm not sure if there's a reason the invites queue up before the appointment, but if we moved the time/trigger for queuing up invites, we could set it to no send invite if they used a status like "no-show" or "cancelled", etc.
