Ability to transfer calls to other phones in office

What pain points/suggestions does the office have?
They have people working remotely. If they get the call on the mobile app and they need the client to speak with someone else, they end up having to ask the caller to call back in and select a different option. It would make things easier if they had a way to transfer the call from the mobile app to another phone or extension in the office.
