I hear this request often, especially with escalations
The office would like a notification system with the Sync app. meaning if it disconnects or goes unhealthy or has errors, they'd like to be notifed. Rather then them having to find something wrong (like a patient gettings texted the wrong time) then call into weave and find out it's disconnected.
They want us to be proactive in contacting them over issues with the integration and weave software.
