Form Builder where you can preview all of the forms.
What pain points/suggestions does the office have?
One office was pretty confused on how to have patients fill out forms. They thought they could click on the form in form builder and have the patient fill it out there. If you go through the form you are actually able to fill in the boxes and submit the form and it tells you that the form has been submitted successfully, but then the form never appears in the dashboard. I feel like this is a bit misleading so maybe we can fix this so that it is obvious that is it just a preview of the form.
