Call logs in the desktop app

What pain points/suggestions does the office have?
This office would love to have a way to clear call records from the desktop app as a way of managing follow-ups with patients. They would like the ability to clear the call log from the app view if they've handled that call/called back that missed call. I explained that they're simply logs at this time, but the way of managing the calls similar to the text inbox is an interesting idea!
