What pain points/suggestions does the office have?
The office's pain point is that they're having to assign Admin to their front desk staff, as they have them switch over the VM greetings as needed. They're concerned that they've been given too much access to Weave, and they would like to have the opportunity to have access to toggles (like Mobile App access), or additional user roles (like Payment Admins). Something that allows the front desk staff to change greetings but not have access to add/remove users and other Admin only access.
