Office has noticed that if she is trying to initiate a sms conversation with any number that is associated with an account, but not the primary number, it will revert to the primary mobile number and essentially block our customer from texting these other numbers. Has stated that this is frustrating as they may have a household with multiple pets but needs to contact a specific owner and is unable to send them a quick message due to this issue and is taking much too long to navigate
