What pain points/suggestions does the office have?
I spoke with an Ortho office that is looking for a solution for their digital forms. They'd like to include their patient forms in their reminder texts, but would also love it if it could scan their PMS (Dolphin) to see if this is a new patient or check to see if they have recently filled out a form so they're not sending unnecessary forms to patients and getting duplicates in return.
