Text Writebacks to Comm Logs

What pain points/suggestions does the office have?
A two office recently signed up for Weave and has stopped moving forward because of SMS Writebacks to the comm log in Dolphin. (Orthodontic)
Passing this feedback along because most of my experience at Weave has been working specifically with Dental Specialty offices. Curious if Writebacks to our Specialty Softwares is something worth exploring. It was something we heard a lot, especially with the high dollar amount value of procedures in these specialties.
