The look of forms in printed state

What pain points/suggestions does the office have?
Please make digital forms look more presentable in printed format. many offices are not yet fully digital and are slow to get there. they do need the forms to look nice when they are printed. the way forms look like now when printed is useless to them.
(the forms add-on was sold as a service that would work for the office that is not fully digital and it is frustrating that the experience now is that forms are useless to the office. their workflow always included and will continue to include printing forms after they're filled out)
