What pain points/suggestions does the office have?
They want message notification to have the option to play sounds similar to the sounds that play for team chat, so the the person working the desk knows when to walk over to the computer. She also wants the way you edit office hours to go back to how it was before as not a clock, and the way you tag messages to work so that it can just tag the message not the patient in general.
