What pain points/suggestions does the office have?
Office would like to know if an appointment was confirmed by Weave. With Avimark it does not show that or anywhere in Weave or Weave portal does it show it either for the customer. Even though they do get a text from patients. They would like to be able to see that it did writeback and was confirmed.
for example office has Avimakr and they used PetDesk for confirmation and Petdesk does put a note in the patients note section that appointment was confirmed by Petdesk in Avimark.
