Appointment Reminders Sent for Canceled Appointments in Weave: Office Feedback and Suggestions

What pain points/suggestions does the office have?
When the office cancels an appointment within NexTech, they cut and paste the patient's information on a new date and reschedule the appointment, but they started to notice that if they do that, Weave will still send the appointment reminders for those appointments that were "canceled/removed" . The system is taking that action like if they were rescheduling and not canceling the appointment. Office says that if they just cancel the appointment they need to enter the patient's information all over again and they waste time and money. They would like to have Weave to recognize those appointments which information was cut and pasted/rescheduled as canceled so that appointment reminders do not sent out for the canceled appointments. Office said they already submitted their feedback. Apparently this started to happen recently, the office is saying that Weave was working fine months ago and they did not have any problem with that before.
