Text Icon Confusion in Schedule Area of Desktop App After Recent Update

This is a pain point related to the recent update in the app.
The office says that when they accessed the schedule portion of the app, they used to only see text bubble icons next to patients who had cell numbers ONLY. Now after the recent update, they see this text icon next to all patients, including ones with just home phone numbers and cannot be texted.
This new update is confusing, and causes them to have to look in each patient's individual profile to see if they can be texted or not before trying to send them a message.
