Easily identify messages coming from Text Connect
Can you please add a filter of some sort or search capability to identify those texts from non-patients that come in via Text Connect?
A Weave support rep suggested we could easily find ALL Text Connect texts if we modify the Text Connect message auto-response templates with a certain phrase that wouldn't typically be used in texting conversations, such as "Thank you for contacting us through our website." He said we could then do a search in the app on that text to find all messages from Text Connect.
We tested it and it doesn't work for two reasons:
1) It appears that auto-messages are not included in what is searched
2) The Search Weave feature does not do a string-level search, even if quotes are included in the search term. Thus a search for "Thanks for contacting us" (with or without quotes) returns all texts where all of those four words, even if they aren't found in that specific phrase.
Perhaps "Text Connect" could be another smart "folder" in Messages (i.e., with Inbox, Scheduled, Drafts, Archived, and Blocked)? And then the quick filters could have All, Pt, Non-Pt, Unread, etc.
Or perhaps the Message Inbox filter could have more things to filter on besides just Tags and characteristics from multiple categories could be chosen and filtered together, for example:
Read
- Read
- Unread
Replied
- Replied
- Unreplied
Contact:
- Text
- Text Connect
- etc.
Patient Type
- Current Patient
- Not Current Patient
and so on.
