It would be great if each individual user only had access to their individual voicemail box through the application. Right now, we can't share voicemail boxes to the app without everyone having access to them and sometimes its important to keep these voicemails private.

When a message is left on an extension here in the office we sometimes have a text notification sent to an employee to handle the calls remotely. The problem is that the messages remain as new on the extension. We need the employee who handles the message remotely to have the ability to remove the message from the extension (either delete the message or mark the message as saved) so no one else will address that message.

Currently the only option for a shared voicemailbox is to share with "everyone". It would be very, very helpful to have the ability to share with only certain users.

It would be fantastic to have WorkGroup tab in the Phone/Voicemail portion of Weave Desktop App so our workgroups can access the voicemails easier as well as see that there are voicemail(s) to address.

Doctor would like to be able to check his personal VM box through the Mobile App.
He also would like to send the suggestion that we implement multi-factor authentication for the Mobile App so that it's more secure.
