bulk message
the reason why bulk message is useful is for office to fill a LAST MIN. cancelled appointment but if we are unable to send right away, but need to schedule the bulk message to 1 hr later, it is not as useful. pleae allow offices to send bulk message right away with a click instead of schedule the bulk message for 30 min to 1 hr later. thanks.

Hi Linda, thanks for sharing your feedback! Filling a last-minute cancelled appointment is better handled through our Quick Fill feature. If you're in the new Weave app, you can access it by selecting the Schedule tab and then clicking the Quick Fill icon on the right side.
