Earlier Appt. Time Reminder
With our lighthouse system, we were able to add + to the appointment reason and light house would tell the patient 10 minutes earlier than the Dentrix scheduled appointment. This is very useful to compensate for chronically late patients.We desperately need this or an equivalent solution for weave patient reminders!

We are glad to inform you we are beta testing a new variable in our text appointment reminders. The “Appt Time 15 Early” variable will include a time 15 minutes earlier than a patient is scheduled for in the reminder (ex: 10:30 appointment will display 10:15 in the reminder).

We want the ability to pick and chose which patients are told an earlier time, not send it out to the entire patient base

We would like to have the appointment time to be 20 minutes before the time in OM because the OM time is the Doctor chair time. Is the appt time variable or just the ability to set 15 minutes ahead. We are still using Solution reach because of this feature. Let me know. Thanks,

We would like the capability of changing the appt time in the patient email to 20 minutes ahead. We use the appt time as the Doctor chair time and so we need the patient to arrive 20 minutes earlier so they can do the pre testing.

We have many patients who are always late to their appts by a certain amount of time. We tell them that their appointment is 30 minutes sooner then it is actually booked so they are on time. For Example: We ask the patient to come at 1130am but we have them on the schedule for 12pm. It would be nice to be able to set up a way to change the time they are notified of in there reminder message.
