Spanish language reminders
Our previous patient communication software had a feature that if we added a "Medical Alert" in Dentrix as "Spanish Speaker" and the communication software would automatically send the message in spanish.

1. Our prior service, Orthosesame, had a feature in which our patients can submit new patient forms electronically.
2. Prior service also had texts to go out when a patient no-shows to their appointment, it would send the day after the missed appointment saying "you missed your appointment, please call us to reschedule."
3. Spanish option, we have a lot of Spanish speaking patients.
4. Mass text nor email is also not available, our marketing director finds mass texts and emails very useful.
5. Giving our patients the right to "STOP" texts.
6. Feature for appointment reminder calls.
7. Ability to select all of the above or multiple options as reminders; email, text and calls -

It would be great if you could send out Spanish text? We have a lot of Spanish speaking patients. We used to be able to mark in our practice management software that they were Spanish and then they would get all there text in Spanish.

There are a few enhancements I was hoping Weave could consider. These are features that Lighthouse offers and I'd love to see Weave bring these on board.
1. Have a daily task list - patients of that day and what missing information they have. (Email, Bday, etc)
2. Save the Date. When an appt is made a text goes out 1 hour later to save the date.
3. Can Weave tell the difference between Recall that is past due and Treatment that is not yet scheduled?
4. Can we do confirmations in Spanish?
5. Pre-Med reminder (auto populates)
6. Daily or Weekly lists to generate of people who are past due for Recall or Treatment.
Weave is amazing & I stand by it, but thought I could suggest some updates that would be helpful! Thank you! Linda

Messages and Voicemail automated instructions need to be available in other common languages like Spanish, Creole, French or there should n=be a way to remove the english only instructions so that each office who can provide services in other languages can customize.

It would be great if there were options that can be set for each individual patient to either receive text messages in English or Spanish.

it would be nice to send texts in a patients natural language chinese. Portuguese and Spanish.

Add filter to pop up messages (I'm getting dozens of confirmation messages on my screen every day and it would be nice to only see messages that I need to reply to.) Also would be nice to have an option to turn message notifications off and only see incoming calls on certain computers.
Add Spanish option for appt reminders
Incorporate family/group messaging so families aren't being bombarded with tons of reminders for appts on the same day.
Allow multiple numbers to receive text reminders for a patient. It is VERY inconvenient that only mobile numbers on dentrix receive texts. We have thousands of patients that have home/other numbers that should be receiving texts but don't. Every day I have to go through the schedule and change home/other to mobile number so a text will be sent. That's a huge waste of time for us and many patients would like texts being sent to multiple devices.
Create a way to turn off recall reminders for a patient instead of turning off texting completely.
Create an automated reminder for patients who missed their appointment.

We have a lot of hispanics at our office that can only read spanish. Can we add a option to text in spanish for those patients.
