    Currently, in the Messages portion of the iOS app, when a patient texts our office, they do not know if a staff member, the practice manager, or the doctor is replying to their text. It would know it would be nice to be able to signify, who within the practice is replying to their message

    1- Would like an Address book for Fax #'s
    2- Would like to add a signature that goes out with every text.
    3- When I run into confusion, there is no less than 1/2 hour wait to get help. The HELP line is useless unless you only have one of the listed questions. I want to like this system but the confusion and lack of help without searching out one of the training videos is not good. I run a very busy office and have spent more time trying to learn this system and get help than what I would have expected.

    Please add this option, there are multiple free texting platforms that have this. Please, Please, Please add soon.

    I am surprised this is not an option as it is common for many texting platforms. Given that we are using a premier service, with a significant subscription fee, I would expect this to be an option. It has been requested many times and over an almost three year period. Please expedite development of this option.

    Hello! I was hoping you can add a new feature to weave for us. I would like to be able to have an automatic signature at the end of the personal text messages I send to patients. I currently have to add that info every time. Thank you for your consideration!

    On text messages, apply an automatic signature. We previously in another platform had this and now we are getting a fair number of people asking us who it is when a team member writes without adding an identifier. It could obviously be done manually each time, but an automatic signature would be a time saver. I see I'm not the first to ask for this...which makes me wonder if it will happen!

    we would like a signature line for every manual text message or email messages that we send. Can your IT developers do this or know how to do this? and you can have an ON and OFF signature tag line feature .

    Feature Request: Would like to have the business logo in our automated texts. Emojis would be great too. We are looking to make our messages stand out more

    It would be great if the text message that we send out had our office name at the bottom as a signature so that we wouldn't have to type it in every time!
