We need fax confirmations to print and save with our records for each fax sent. We keep confirmations of all faxes sent to insurances, doctors, and patients, etc . Fax confirmations are used when providing evidence for disputes, such as timely filing to insurance. Please add this feature to Weave so can continue to rely on such documentation. Thank you.

Automated cover sheets for faxes and attachments to emails

We need a fax confirmation for each fax sent that shows time/date send, who it was to, a copy of the cover sheet, how many pages sent, if it was successful or not. We are having to pay extra and are sending faxes through our printer in order to get the required fax confirmation for proof to insurance companies, audits, etc. Just taking a screen shot (as instructed) of the app showing all numbers and date that all faxes went to does not suffice. Thank you

Please have a Cover Page Option for Fax - As a premium feature, lack of cover page is a huge drawback.

We urgently need a contact list for fax's. Please make this available as soon as possible.

When a fax fails there should be the option to have an alert come up on the weave that sent the fax or an email alert. Sometimes the fax takes 5- 10 mins before it fails and we don't look at the fax all the time. So we don't notice the fax failed until the next time we send a fax.
Also the fax list should list who sent the fax. We have multiple people that send faxes and unless you know the phone you sent the fax to we have to track down who originally sent the fax to let them know the fax failed.

An option to add a cover sheet *period* would be wonderful. :)

Please make fax cover sheets easier to add. At the moment we have to fill out cover sheet on word document , then save as PDF file. In order for us to be HIPAA compliant we need to add cover sheet each time we fax. Thank you!

Please find a way to create a customized fax cover sheet without creating it in word, converting it to PDF, and then dragging it to the Weave fax box. This is a very tedious process.

It would be great if we can get fax confirmations for all of the faxes that are being sent out.

WE are new to Weave and really like it so far. The one suggestion we would give has to to do with fax cover sheets. It would be great if the app allowed the user to create a Fax Cover that has inputs for To, From, Regarding Ect...

Agree, a confirmation report must be developed, otherwise is pretty much equivalent as the fax was not sent.

We are exciting to be able to move our faxing right into Weave, however, it would be terrific if you would add a "cover letter" feature that we could generate prior to sending each outgoing fax. We're moving to Weave from e-fax to put everything in 1 tidy package but this feature is something we'll miss.

We have just started using the fax capability. We would like to have a notice that the fax went through. Is that possible?

I think it would be a good idea to add the option to be able to add contacts under the fax menu

It would be awesome if we were able to edit our fax cover page on the weave software since there are times that we will need to add something to the subject line or comments on the cover page.
