App Notifications:
1. App notifications should be integrated with other computer apps - so that they all come up in our notification panel (drop down instead of falling behind other app notifications)
2. When you click on a notification, it should open the app
3. When you click "ignore" on a notification, it should NOT open the app
4. You should be able to customize the snooze time on "follow up list" notiications
5. You should be able to "close" a notification without ignoring it
6. Notifications should be consistent - not sporadic
7. You should be able to turn on "do not disturb" on the app, or we should be able to select hours to receive to receive notifications.
8. There is no option for notifications re:phone calls in the mobile app so we can't start or stop those.
Voicemail feature on app:
1. You should be able to mark a voicemail as unread
2. You should get a notification when there's a voicemail (push notification and icon notification)
Phones themselves:
1. Picking a cordless phone off the dock should not answer the call
2. There should be an easier way to access hold
3. You should be able to tell whether the call was answered by another phone or abandoned from the phone without having to open the app
App:
1. App should not crash randomly (only happening on apps that have been updated)
2. Lists should be live with no lag time between apps
