Save the Date reminders- one per day only
Sometimes we schedule a single patient with 3 different providers for the same day. The save-the-date reminders will send out all 3 times for the same day and can be confusing for the patient. It would be great for them to only get one save-the-date per day (the earliest one). This is how the Auto-reminders work.
This is a rare occurrence and, given the nature of how Save the Date works (it's a near-immediate message), we won't be taking this on.

I would like to request that when a two part appointment is made (Same day one provider to the next provider), that only ONE reminder goes out and not for both, for the Save the Date. It's confusing to the patient. Only one reminder goes out when it gets confirmed, so I'm not sure what the logic is behind this. It just doesn't make sense. And today, three people pointed it out, so I suspected something was wrong and called a rep from Weave and was told that is the way it's set up. Thought and feedback appreciated.
