Private Faxes
We used to have several faxes in our offices. One fax line was used by our office manager, and it was a private fax she used for private confidential information. Since we have ported all our fax numbers, all employees are able to see faxes. There is no privacy. We'd like to have a feature that allows privacy, either through user access or password protection for fax access. Thanks

YES. We have multiple fax lines and need to be able to assign them to different departments. Privacy is a big thing, but also we received hundreds of faxes and its easy for them to get lost in one big "pile".
At minimum, I think the ability to filter the faxes to the incoming fax number is a must. -

Private fax lines would be extremely beneficial for our organization. We handle sensitive information such as patient records, HR documents, and providers' financial data. Currently, the Weave app does not offer an option to restrict fax access. This means that anyone with a Weave login, even if designated as just a team member, can access virtually all settings, including faxing. This lack of restriction poses a significant security risk and is not a sensible arrangement. Implementing private fax lines would greatly enhance our data security and compliance.

Private fax lines. There is currently a lack of privacy. There should be an option to assign fax numbers/lines (much like phones can be assigned to call groups)
