Add filtering options for Text Messaging
We would like to see addition of filtering options for text messaging, as it is currently very overwhelming in its present format.
We would like to be able to filter messages that have not yet been sent for text writeback from the ones that have, and also be able to filter messages by date received as well as by content ("search within messages" similar to what phone texting and facebook messenger offer)
The Actionable tab is only useful to a certain extent as messages are moved from that list once they are responded to, and tags have to be manually added/removed to be effective for filtering. If tags applied cleared at the end of the day, this might help.
Tags could be expanded on to auto-apply for certain events, such as "automated message," "client request," "Appt request," "Prescription Request," "Sent to PMS," "failed to send/declined/etc" thus making them more useful for filtering.
Alternatively, a 1-click to writeback all texts from the day option may be useful as well to minimize time spent checking each message to confirm sendout was successful.

In addition, It would be useful for the auto messages to not clog up the text messages like in the legacy app.
Now, every outgoing auto text stays in the queue and makes it incredibly difficult to stay on top of incoming messages that actually need tagged or responded to. -

A good start would be 3 tabs instead of two. Actionable for last messages by patients which are not confirmations. A replied tab for any conversation where the last message was typed by a human. All tab for anything including where the most recent message was an auto reminder. In the current iteration of the software the "All" tab has too many automatic messages to make it easy to navigate.
