Online Scheduling continues to be Broken / Not As Advertised for Eaglesoft
11 Months after signing on with Weave... one of the key features we bought into Weave for is still not functioning. Staff at Weave would rather not help anybody or put any effort into making sure clients are getting the features they paid for. Without reading the appointment availability in my practice, this feature is useless. It still cannot see the openings in my schedule using my "compatible" practice management system Eaglesoft and continues to give patients the ability to request any time they want without blocking out times that are already reserved by others.
I have reported and complained at least 5 times starting in Jan 2023.
If you are a prospective client of Weave, don't expect anybody to help with issues. Expect that features that are already implemented and that you paid for won't work. Be cautious of what sales reps will promise you, they oversell the platform as well.
