Notification of Appointment Confirmations by Email
The Weave confirmation system can be unreliable. Patients have told us numerous times they have confirmed via email, but it is not recording the confirmation. We know this because patients get sent a SMS that specifically emphasizes they have not confirmed yet for an upcoming appointment. We use to get emails notifying us of appointment confirmations and while that was a lot of additional email fluff, that suddenly stopped sometime around February 2023 and was replaced with no feature to check on confirmation email interactions. We have complained about this numerous times and have been assured multiple times it is a misconfigruation and that it would be fixed. Typical response for Weave features.

It makes no sense that your email confirmation report comes out after the scheduled appointment. It does not help, when making sure patients are confirmed. It only states they received the e-mail. We need a confirmation before hand to determine who we need to continue to contact for that confirmation.
