Filter notifications by department
We would like to be able to filter notifications from the app to only receive the ones for a specific department.

KJ, I know you asked Cynthia, but our issue is that people would get messages not intended for them. If we have a billing department handling an upset patient about money, our front desk people don't need to know about it. Another example would be messages intended for only management or physicians. Nobody else needs to know about those ones.
Basically, messages are delivered to people that shouldn't see them. This has caused us not to use the platform as much as we would have liked. This is relevant to the app and the desktop versions.

This is necessary for our practice. Providers have their own phone numbers with a department associated. When they log in to the app they can filter messages so they only see the ones to their phone number, but this does not apply to notifications. I do not need a notification for every text that comes in, just the ones to my department.

We need to be able to filter messages by department on both Android and iOS apps. Currently, you can only change locations. With 6 locations, that is not helpful.
Related to this, notifications based solely on the one department someone needs would be helpful as well.
