  1. Add "No Show" Appointment Status

    Want to add the "No Show" Appointment Status to proper integrate with Dr.Chrono. Allows us to set up the Auto-Messaging for Rescheduling appointments for those who do not show up. This helps patients stay on top of their scheduled appointments if they fail to call in to cancel or reschedule.

  2. Monitor Dentrix Integration and Alert When Integration Down

    I would like to see an ability to view the logs for the syncs that happen every 15 to 20 minutes as well as receive an email if 4 or more syncs fail in a row.

  3. Please integrate with STI computer servies.

    We've been using STI for about 9 months now & we love the services, but it would be so much easier for our office if weave were integrated with our EMR system STI practice manager. There are some functions that we won't use because the process is too tedious without integration. Really hoping this can be implemented.

  4. Virtual Assistant

    I would like a Virtual Assistant type answer service for my office. The assistant would answer the phone give the client the opportunity to request appointments and if they need more information press another number to speak to a customer service representative. For example: if you would like to make an appointment press 1; If you're calling to check on a client press 2; if you need a call back press 3...etc. In my office this could free up a position at the front desk and would be very helpful to save time from answering phone calls.

  7. Jane EHR Integration

    This is a very easy to use software, especially for small businesses. I would LOVE to be able to use forms because Jane does NOT have a good source for it. Also we have to manually do our adding in patients because Jane adds the country code and removing it from our extensive patient list is hard. PLEASE make this happen. They are a Canadian company, not sure if it makes a difference.

    I DOWNLOADED THE NEW WEAVE INTERFACE FROM A SUGGESTION BY NATE NELSON YESTERDAY AND IT IS CURRENTLY MAKING ME GO INSANE!!!!!!!!!!!!! EVERYTIME A CALL/TEXT/EMAIL/FAX COMES IN ON THE POP UP MY CURSOR LEAVES WHATEVER I AM DOING AND GOES TO WEAVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I HATE IT!!!!!!!! IT AM IN THE MIDDLE OF A CHART NOTE, TAKING A DICATION FROM THE DOCTOR, WRITING AN EMAIL, DOING MY JOB AND THE CURSOR LEAVES AND GOES TO WEAVE. I HAVE BEEN IN THE MIDDLE OF MAKING IMPORTANT NOTES AND THE CURSOR DISAPPEARS AND I AM NOT TYPING ANYTHING. INCLUDING JUST NOW ON THIS MESSAGE. AHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!…

  10. save the day for eyefinity EHR users

    please integrate weave save a day appointment reminder with eyefinity EHR/PM! I think about 70-90% of the optometrists in CA take VSP and VSP hosts its electronic medical record via its Eyefinity PM and EHR so this is an area that Weave can really help by allowing integration of Eyefinity EHR with Weave Say the Day so patients can get appointment reminders right away as they schedule the appointment for the eye exams. I am sure potential eye dr offices clients of weave would be more inclined to subscribe to Weave if this feature is available too! Thanks so much!

  12. Easy workaround to integrate Weave with Cloud9 - online scheduling

    Hello,

    Weave isn't fully integrated with Cloud9 online scheduling. But, there is a easy workaround to fix that.
    Problem description: When using Weave online scheduling, it list ALL the available spots from Cloud9.

    Important information: Every appointment in Cloud9 requires the appointment code that describes the appointment type. Weave is capable to extract these codes/information.

    Solution: Weave needs to filter the available time spots codes for New Patients - NP and BC - and eliminate the other codes.
    That's all. One simple filter fixes the integration.

    This solution is applicable to every Cloud9 customer.

  14. PMS OpenDental and Weave Integration

    Our PMS is Open Dental and there is a feature called "Short Call OR ASAP List" and it is the same as "Quickfill" with Weave and we are wondering if there is a way to integrate the 2 so that we can combine lists. Thank you!

  16. Automatically Open Patient Clipboard

    Our receptionist is always commenting on how Weave would be better if it would integrate with our PMS (Cornerstone) to automatically open the Patient clipboard for the client that is calling in, specifically on the system that answered the call. One way I see that would be more realistic to implement (in my opinion) is setting up the integration then adding a "Open Patient Clipboard" button under the patient information that comes up with call pop.   19. Issue with changing servers

    I worked with an office who, when they changed servers, lost all of their quickfill list information and was pretty upset about it. They suggested instead of creating a whole new integration for when they changed servers, instead linking the new server to the old integration so as to keep the old data.
