Easy workaround to integrate Weave with Cloud9 - online scheduling
Hello,
Weave isn't fully integrated with Cloud9 online scheduling. But, there is a easy workaround to fix that.
Problem description: When using Weave online scheduling, it list ALL the available spots from Cloud9.Important information: Every appointment in Cloud9 requires the appointment code that describes the appointment type. Weave is capable to extract these codes/information.
Solution: Weave needs to filter the available time spots codes for New Patients - NP and BC - and eliminate the other codes.
That's all. One simple filter fixes the integration.This solution is applicable to every Cloud9 customer.

MWTherapy is not currently compatible with Weave. More providers are switching to MWTherapy. Will Weave discuss this option soon?

PMS OpenDental and Weave Integration
Our PMS is Open Dental and there is a feature called "Short Call OR ASAP List" and it is the same as "Quickfill" with Weave and we are wondering if there is a way to integrate the 2 so that we can combine lists. Thank you!

We would love for Weave to be integrated with PtEverywhere (our practice software).
Please work to integrate Weave to PtEverywhere (our practice software). PtEverywhere just released info that they can now be integrated with other software platforms to help improve business functions and ease between multiple software programs. Thank you!

Automatically Open Patient Clipboard
Our receptionist is always commenting on how Weave would be better if it would integrate with our PMS (Cornerstone) to automatically open the Patient clipboard for the client that is calling in, specifically on the system that answered the call. One way I see that would be more realistic to implement (in my opinion) is setting up the integration then adding a "Open Patient Clipboard" button under the patient information that comes up with call pop. Issue with changing servers
I worked with an office who, when they changed servers, lost all of their quickfill list information and was pretty upset about it. They suggested instead of creating a whole new integration for when they changed servers, instead linking the new server to the old integration so as to keep the old data.

Appointment Reminders as Preferred Commuinication Method
Appointment Reminders should automatically be sent as a text or email according to the patient's specified Preferred Commuinication Method. We have a way to select Preferred Communication Method in our EMR (Crystal PM) this should write to Weave. Also, if the first method fails (we send out a text reminder) the should automatically get an email reminder.

They sent over an API questionnaire to see if NexTech is "compatible" - i'll include it in the thread

Recall & Inactive patients
When patients are inactive in Eaglesoft they should be marked in active in Weave recall system. Also When a message has been sent from the overdue list there should be a date as to when it was last sent so multiple text aren't being sent back to back.

Dolphin Schedule Syncing for Online Scheduling Feature
The online scheduling feature needs to integrate with Dolphin because patients are selecting random times that we don't actually have available and that is frustrating to both the patient and our staff having to call back.

Numbers in dentrix in weave
Please fix how the weave program chooses a name for a number in dentrix. We are constantly sending forms to patients and it will "choose" a name and send the form to that person, even if they are younger, a child, or non-patient.

disappointment
There are several things, starting with the fact the weave does not intergrade with eaglesoft the way we were led to believe. The payments through weave do not post to eaglesoft, you can not do treatment plan signing through weave. The Forms are all together instead of separate. There's no notifications if a patient answers yes to a covid question or if a patient has new insurance I have to just go looking into everyone's forms.
