Prevent patient images from being sent by Data Sync
Please give an option to NOT send patient images by Data Sync, particularly with Open Dental. We don't keep photos of our patients, and I find that it's sending up images of documents, which is kind of a HIPAA concern: transmitting patient data that doesn't need to be transmitted.

DOWNLOAD ALL CALL RECORDS
I am trying to download voice calls media but it gives me only single download option. Please resolve the issue. I want to have that option which I can download all of them in the same time. Thanks!

Office would like to sync Payments to PMs to automatically show payments that were processed through Weave
Right now the office needs to manually update the payments in the patient profile in their practice management system. They would like payments to automatically reflect payments that are made through Weave.

Compatibility
We would like to be able to use payments - but we are in Canada!

Notification when system is not synced
Please incorporate a notification when there is something wrong with the sync application or when the system is no longer connected to Dentrix.

Resync button on server
I have to call and an hour or more on the phone every month to fix our eyewear notifications. Each time the initial support person researches the problem. After a while, they say they can't do anything, and pass it on to a higher tech. EVERY time that tech says they are resyncing Weave on our server. Why don't you create a button that can be on our server desktop that I can click to re-sync it? I would save you a whole lot of time, as well as me.

Sync time stamp
We need a time stamp to show last sync date and time. The previous company we used for reminders - SolutionReach - had this feature. With Weave, we have to wait and discover that messages are being sent out and there's been a few time where it wasn't working for weeks and it took us a week to even realize!

Full reading ability of scheduler
In the web assistant I need it to be able to read the regular schedule that we use for the doctors and the exceptions that are put in to either open or close the doctors schedule in order to give patients a truly accurate log of openings.

Weave-PMS Sync Status
I would like to be able to see confirmation of the most recent sync between my practice management software and Weave's database. I recently upgraded Dentrix from 5.2 to 7.3 and didn't know that Weave had stopped syncing a week ago. I only discovered this by luck when texting a patient and wondering why his name was not showing up, just his number. I would like to either be able to see this last sync data on the app (desktop or ios), on app.getweave.com, or on the server. In addition or alternatively, an automated email to us saying "Weave has…
