In the workflow for the setting up auto reminders the office has the option of selecting hours and days before the appointment but there is no mention of the software LIMITING the amount of hours before you can send a reminder (the limit is 6 hours). Expand Age Group Selection for Bulk Texting
Please add patient age range selector to menu. We'd like to text all patients UNDER a certain age (target = parents) for messaging. Even better if a "FROM age X - TO age Y" cut-off could be used. This would allow us target different age groups with different messaging. Think College kids and the different GENs!

Make faxes open full screen/bigger
Faxes open very small and requires multiple clicks and window adjusting to be able to read, they should open to a normal PDF size.

Phone Directory
Would be great for us to have the ability to add numbers to our directories on our own! Having to call and update with someone else has been difficult.
26 votesWe've made the following improvements to Phone Directories:
1. We enabled the ability for the phone to save input data to our system so that no data inputs are removed upon reboot/reprovision. This means if you use the phone's T9 interface to add contacts to your local directory, they will save. (Finally, I know). This function is currently only working for Yealink devices, but will begin functioning on Polycoms in the next couple of weeks.
2. We've added a Contact Directories feature to the Weave Admin Portal that allows you to
- build lists of business contacts
- apply up to 5 business contact lists to any Yealink device (per manufacturer limitations)
- manage business contacts and business contact lists for all devices in your office

Update
We are unable to look up a message thread by our patients name any more. Some times we are sending 100 texts a day and it is very inconvenient and a waste of time to have to go into each patients chart to look at their parents names to then look up the phone number to type it the name and phone number.

Error message
Since the new update, we've been getting a lot of error messages. When we search a patients name and we try to dial out or send a text message, it keeps saying error, and return back to home. Please fix this!!

I would love to have a feature where you can opt out of some patient not getting a review request. Can you please make that feature?

Autofill Names in forms
Since you have to authenticate a patient with their name, phone number and birthday. It would be great that those fields be auto-filled in the forms, so the patient does not have to keep entering them on each form. I have made a packed for my new patients and each form in the packet requires name and date of birth to be entered manually. It would be great if these field would be filled automatically right after the authentication.

There should be an option for a client to opt out of recall reminders but still receive appointment reminders.

Last Appointment Filter for Bulk Messaging
For Bulk Messaging, please add a filter option for "last appointment date" and make it a date range. This can be used for Recall for clients who don't have recall integration available.

Customize color for desktop app
This new color scheme you've chosen is incredibly painful to look at long term. If we had an option to change it, even if just back to the original aqua, it would be better.

Search For Tags
It would be helpful to be able to search for tags once messages have been checked off and are in the "all" section. Rather than having to scroll down and search for a certain name. If we could search for a specific tag and all the texts that are tagged to that name appear it would be very helpful.

Auto confirmations marked as actionable
Why are confirmation responses all of a sudden now going to actionable vs being read. Its causing the actionable to be flooded with unnecessary info. We're a VERY busy office. I don't have time to check every singe text to verify if it has been addressed.

Reminder cut-off times
We have had several patients complain that our reminder text messages are going out at 10:45 PM (HST) or later. Per Weave chat support, there is not currently a way to set cut-off times. I think that cut-off times would be a useful feature, hoping that this is something we can roll out very quickly as this has been causing patient impact.

I would like to have the link for forms shorter in the text messages.It makes the texts way too long.

Forms links are automatically shortened when sent to those who are already part of your system. If you are trying to send public links then they are not shortened automatically.

Make Persist Fax Memo optional
Persistent Fax Memo-
Please make this optional. We do not like this feature as we do not send the same memo to any outgoing faxes. It has created confusion with some recipients as they received a message that didn't apply. Additionally, I believe this creates greater possibility for HIPAA violations. Compounding the problem is the fact that the entire memo is not displayed in the app if it is longer than just a few lines. It becomes possible to delete only a portion of a previous memo leaving inaccurate or sensitive information on the subsequent fax.6 votesThis is now available to all customers in the new Weave experience!
