Email Template Adjustments
We would like to be able to adjust the email template for our reminders.

This is now available! Go to Portal > Messages > Auto-Messaging and then edit a given auto-message and look for the template section near the bottom.

We need to be able to edit E-mails to ensure we can use the good messaging we'd like. i.e. - we don't ever want to invite a patient to reschedule their appointment. i.e. - We want our overdue e-mails to convey a serious / concerned tone.

Hello My name is Stella I work for Drs. Schantz & Moranda, in Palm Desert California. We currently have Dolphin software and would like to make a suggestions: As I mentioned in previous suggestion I work as financial coordinator for office and send multiple text and email messages.
1. Option to create and save templates for text and email options.

Our past appointment reminder company, solutions reach, has photos and links on the email appointment reminders. Please work on creating the same type of graphics for email reminders. If needed I can send you screen shots of these reminders. Pual Herrin 314-921-0070
