Automated phone call reminders
It would be nice for patients to have the option for an automated phone call appointment reminder.

We would LOVE it if Weave could place "robo" calls to our patients who do not text or email. We have several older patients who do not do either and need to have a call as a reminder. This has become a huge burden for our front desk staff and when we had Sesame, they would do text/email and place a call to the patients who did not have texting or email checked off in our Eaglesoft system. I feel that this is the BIGGEST downfall w/ Weave and if this was added to your services you might have a larger interest to a lot of offices.

Hello! Would you be able to send automated calls to confirm appointments to patients that do not get the texts? Example: patients that only have home phones and not cell phones. Thanks for your time!

I think it would be very helpful if we were able to contact patients who do NOT have cell phone numbers or email addresses. i.e, automatically calling patients w/ reminders for their appointments on their home phone/landlines.

It would be very helpful if Weave would make reminder and confirmation calls to our patients that they cannot reach due to no cell phone or email address.

It would be great if you guys had a system for phone call appointment reminder, because not every patient likes texting messages or email, they prefer a call even if its a recorded phone call.

Automated phone call reminders for patients. Our last software SolutionReach had this option and it seemed that we had more confirmations on our schedule when there were automated phone reminders going out. A lot of older patients do not email or text unfortunately.

Our biggest issue is that we cannot use our appointment and recall reminders to reach all of our patients. We have a significant percentage of older patients who do not want reminders to come by text or email and instead want a phone call. When will you offer automated reminders so we can reach ALL of our patients? Presently we have to use a separate paid service to fill the gap that Weave leaves open. Please, please, please offer automated home phone reminders like all of your competitors do!

We used to use Sesame Communications and they would verbally call our patients. When we signed up with Weave we were told that Weave does everything Sesame does other than news letters. We are requsting automated calls to be made for appointment reminders.
