We are currently testing our Save the Date feature which sends a text to your patients after they schedule an appointment.

    We are trying to get rid of our Solutionreach and just use Weave. I noticed that with the auto reminders there is not an opt to send a reminder to the patient right when they schedule an appt. That is something our patients are used to and expect. If we only used Weave we would have to go back to the old caveman way of filling out an appt card for them. Not cool! I would love to hear if this might be something we would see soon with Weave. We are tired of paying for Weave and Solutionreach and would love to go with just one system. Please consider and let us know.

    Have a setting to send a text immediately saying when the appt is, regardless of the length of time before the appointment. This would be incredibly helpful to have as a template that we can edit, instead of just the message bubble on the schedule.

    Save the Date reminder: Send patient automatic text as soon as appointment is scheduled. Our patients really liked that option with the last system we were using. Would love to have the option with weave.

    Submitted these over a year ago. Patients have been requesting a text when they make an appointment so they can put it in their calender. They would also like a confirmation text that their confirmation reply has been received. Thank you.

    Have a "Save the date" feature like we were promised on the sales call. This is not a good looke for you guys. Please consider having the option to send automatic save the date an hour after an appointment is made if it is NOT already confirmed.

    Wanting to have remiders go out right away to patient after creating an appointment in Eaglesoft just like how an appt. is completed and and a review goes out an hour later

    1) "Out-of-office auto text reply" (because we've had emergencies text when we are out of the office)
    2) "Save the Date" auto text when an appointment is made.
