Can we add the option to send an appointment reminder as soon as an appointment is made? or at least with in an hour or 2 after the appointment is made? That is one thing we are really missing frm the Solution Reach program.

We would like the ability to have text/email sent within 2 hours of patient making an appointment. This allows them to get back to the office and put it directly into their calendar :-)

We are frustrated that the appointment reminders only queue once in the a.m. We make so many changes throught out the day and so even the 2 day reminders are incorrect. Can't it sync more often?

Hi, with our current Solution Reach, system we have the option to send patients a text/email an hour after their appointment that will have their next appointment day and time on it. I do not see that option with weave. Am I just overlooking it?

We have had alot of problems with patients texting us over the weekend saying that they cannot make their appointments. I would like to have an automated text go out when they send one in to cancel or reschedule saying " We do not accept a texct cancellation please call the office to reschedule or cancel any appointment. Thank you"

It would be great to have a feature that when a patient is scheduled for an appointment or their appointment is rescheduled in Eaglesoft, Weave sends out a text/e-mail to the patient with their new appointment. Lighthouse 360 did this and patients loved it.

It would be nice for Weave to communicate more often with our scheduling software. For example, at 8:00am this morning I cancelled and confirmed a bunch of appointments, but when the texts went out at 9:00am they went incorrectly to the people whose appointments I had cancelled/confirmed. If Weave had communicated with my software at some point that would not have happened.

We need same day appointment reminder options. We also want a reminder that goes out when the appointment is scheduled so they have an immediate text with their information on it.

Have a text message that goes out when a new schedule is added to the calendar that reminds the patient to "mark their calendar" for the scheduled appointment.

Send a text to patients for future appointments scheduled today - "Save the date" or "new appt scheduled" reminder. Great for patients who schedule 6 month recall at their recall appt.

For auto text reminders it would be great if an automatic reminder could go out immediately upon making the patient's appointment. It serves as a replacement for the appointment card with many patients because cards get lost but text messages are saved. I worked with another software that utilized this and the patients loved it for its convenience.

Option that can be turned on or off that would text a patient anytime an appointment is scheduled or changed.
