Pop Up "Completed"
I'd like the pop up notification to go away on everyone else's computer when I take care of a text response.

We love Weave! We specially love that the Weave team is continuously striving to better the growing service and accommodate as many customers as possible. One thing we have noticed with our Weave app in our Optometry office is once a text message is received it pops up and stays on the computer screen, even if someone else in the office has responded to it. So, if our staff in lab A continue to see a text on their screen, they assume that it has not been responded to, but our receptionist could have been having a complete conversation with the patient. So, is there a way to have the texts disappear from all desktops, once they have been opened or responded to? Thank you so much! I hope your team is safe and well during this season. Please change your notification system. It is incredibly frustrating that each account doesn't have their own notification settings i.e. if employee A opens a text/fax and doesn't do anything with it the notification goes away and employee B loses any notification that might have been present. Notifications should be separate for each account.
