In the fax we need a "phone book" to be able to enter phone numbers (with a name) that we use everyday and a drop down menu to choose who we send the fax to. In todays day and age you always have the options to program in some fax numbers

like the updates in Fax, would be AWESOME with the new cover page if we could put unique info such as logo, contact info..HIPAA statement, etc

Faxing-allow user to customize Fax cover sheet. It does not have any pertinent information such as phone number, fax number etc

We download and attach the PDF copy of faxes to our patient's charts - right now - the Cover Sheet is not being saved as part of the "sent fax" document. We often have important information on the Cover Sheet. Can this be changed?

I love the automatic fax cover sheet but would like to add a confidentiality notice to the page to help with HIPAA compliance.

Hey can we have a subject line added for faxing.
This will be helpful in terms of organizing and retrieving specific faxes from past days and also just for keeping track in general. Also can we fax multiple numbers at the same time. This will be another feature to improve faxing capabilities.

The fax portion is nice but primitive. Integrating a fax cover page, address book/contact list and being able to title or name the fax are all critical features that we're hoping are in the works.

This will be a good feature if you can incorporate it. It takes such a process to send a fax. Is there a way that you can incorporate a cover sheet where you can type information before sending the fax. In order to send a fax to another Doctor, first you need to scan the document, then have it converted to a PDF, then send but there is no where to write any type of comments without actually creating another document to send along with it. It is just so time consuming, that possibly your company can add on this feature.

This would be great! Please make sure we can add our logo to it if possible. Or if we can upload our own template and just fill it out how we need to would be great too!

It would be awesome if we could have an automated cover letter on our faxes.

I have 2 ideas for the Fax function.
1. I have a Multifuncton printer with a scan button, it would be nice if we could set that up so when I press the scan button it goes to the weave new fax page with out any drag or drop.
2. It would also be nice to have a Fax address book for the numbers I fax often.

Having a cover page available in the software.
Show a fax preview when scrolling through the sent/received or highlight the faxes in some way for easier tracking when previewing them.
Having a confirmation page or notification that the fax was indeed sent and received through.
Have a way for inbound faxed to show read on your workstation only if you have looked at it, not just anyone in the office.

First idea request... I want to be able to save my fax numbers with name attached the way I am able to do with our phone numbers with patients.

It would be so very helpful if there was a feature within the fax that allowed you to save contacts so you do not have to always look up the commonly used numbers. It would also be nice to be able to have a cover page where we could type in the "attn of" area instead of just dragging the PDF page into the fax , type in the number and send. I just feel like the fax feature within Weave is not as convenient as the Efax service that we are/have been using.
