Save the Date Appointment Summary set to reflect the EARLIEST Time of Same Day Multiple appts
Please update weave to sent Appointment "SAVE the date" reminders to reflect the earliest appointment time for the day. Example: Bill Smith is seeing Hygeine at 2:oo pm, and then Dentist at 2:45. His Save the date should be sent to reflect that of the earlier time so that the patient does not miss the earlier 2 pm hygiene appointment. This will also keep patients from receiving multiple Save the Date reminders. PART TWO OF REQUEST: Set this up for FAMILIES as well, very often Families have appointments grouped together. Family Save the Date reminders which reflect the EARLIEST time will ensure that patients do not receive to many texts that creates confusion and they show on the correct time.
