online scheduling
Weave is connected with our Website so that patients can request appointments. It's becoming a nightmare that unfortunately, I don't know who to connect with to get it rectified. It seems to be showing days that we're closed as well as times that are not available at all and we're having to deal with angry patients. I'd love to get some help on this issue but I have no idea who to talk to since you don't give phone numbers. Help please?

LOVE so many things about Weave, but online scheduling was a bust for us, despite what our salesperson promised.
Continue to pay monthly to use LocalMed, have for 8 years.
For Weave to be usable for us:
1) should show ONLY open appointments with a provider.
2) should be easy to set option to have all hygiene appts just show up as "hygiene" not a specific hygienist. We move pts between columns based on need and workload. Don't want pts to feel they get to or have to choose which hygienist. We know if they have a preference based on prior visits
3) need to ACTUALLY schedule the appointment. Not put in a queue for staff to approve on Monday morning.... yes it can be an "option" for offices that don't want to give up any autonomy to the pt. But can you imagine how useless it would be if you're booking an airplane ticket and they just tell you "thanks for the request, we'll tell you in a few days if you got the ticket, when our staff reviews your request"

I have the same issue. Nobody at weave has been able to make any progress on this in order for the feature to function as it is advertised. My online scheduling for Weave linked to Eaglesoft behaves like a non-integrated platform and doesn't give me the options visible for an integrated platform as shown on weavehelp https://www.weavehelp.com/hc/en-us/articles/13873803040923-Set-Up-Online-Scheduling
