Make CSV contacts editable/deletable
Offices would love to be able to edit CSV contacts in weave instead of keeping a running record using a CSV file. This adds a ton of more work for the offices and it can cause errors in the long run as patients/clients get new phone numbers or change any other information. This has been a headache for many offices. If Weave is able to emulate or show that information, it should be able to make it editable. Comment from office, "Weave has been so modern and usable thus far, so it is crazy that it is missing something so fundamental." We can see that this is a need for multiple offices using our system.

It would be really nice to be able to edit a customers information without having to upload a new csv.
I would also like to be able to upload birthdays but since we do not store ours in the format yyyy/mm/dd it is a problem. I do not know excel well enough to change the birthday format.... -

Would like to be able to edit the customer/patient information that has been ported from one system to Weave. The only way to edit or delete an account is if you add it directly not one that has been ported. This makes it difficult when customers/patients get new phone numbers or want to update their email information.

I would LOVE to see an option to edit patient contact info directly on their contact info screen like you can with patients that are manually entered. It would be more convenient for me to be able to fix the problem when I see it rather than doing constant re-downloads every time there is an edit needed. There should be an easier way to edit a contact. This is something that should be simple to perform. I cannot believe we have to re-upload a contact list to overwrite/ update what is there. Please update Weave so we are able to make corrections to contacts in an easy way. There are updates needed to client contact information all the time. Thank you

It would be a great feature if edits could be made to patient information. I have been trying to change a patient's phone number (they moved) but was told by tech support that I would have to change the info in the original csv file then upload a new file. This seems very indirect. I noticed new patients can be entered by just clicking on the "+" icon so why can't existing patients be edited? As it is, it would be easier to make a new patient and put in the correct info, but then I would have 2 different profiles. Apparently patients cannot be deleted usless making changes in the csv as well, so I will be stuck with 2 profiles.

Hi. When a patient comes in with new contact information, I would like to be able to edit their contact. I know I can edit the contact when I manually add the contact in but the contacts that were added automatically through download, I can not edit or delete those which causes me to create a duplicated contact.

For about two months our drag and drop contact feature was not working. I had to enter in over 150 patients individually. Now that it works they were assigned an ID and it created a new contact, so now they're all doubled up in our system. After reaching out I found out that there is not an easier way to delete these doubles other than manually going in one by one. It would be nice to find a way to delete duplicate entries.

once a csv file is uploaded, i think it would be a great idea to be able to edit any contact that is in weave. it gets really hard to constantly upload a file when numbers and addresses are constantly changing.

we need to have an actual way to update an actual contact through the app and not have to go through the cvs file

I was told during my sales phase that I would be able to edit patient contact info directly in the weave app. Today I was told during a chat session that I am unable to do so because my software does not integrate. First of all, I feel as though I have been lied to in order to get me to sign up and my sales rep knew VERY well that my software didn't integrate. Secondly, I feel that if I don't have software that integrates, I should absolutely have the ability to edit a patient contact so that we can avoid having to upload a csv any time a patient changes any contact info. I would think that your job would be to make a small business owner's life easier and save them time. This is the exact opposite and costs me time either for me or for my staff.

Please find a way for us to update phone numbers in the weave system faster, it is not efficient when we can't reach clients due to missing area codes or incorrect numbers.

Our office uses the practice management software called TDO (The Digital Office), which Weave is not (yet, hopefully?) integrated with. The CSV we are able to generate with TDO does not include patients' dates of birth. With the 9000+ patients we have in our system, adding them into the CSV every time it is generated is a little impossible. It would be fantastic if the app could allow for individual edits of patients in the system to allow us to add DOB should we ever need to send a text-to-pay invoice to a patient.

Not being able to edit a client allows us to be less efficient. You can not send a text message through weave if an area code is not present in weave. So we are unable to use weave for that client. Also not efficient that it doesn't communicate to Avimark the text we send, we have to copy and paste into a note.

Edit phone numbers within the weave app, instead of manually updating the spreadsheet. It would be so much easier to edit customers information within the weave app. It is too hard to update the excel spreadsheet and re-upload it with new information.

could you please add a feature to where we can edit a clients information in the weave app itself. uploading a new file every time would be alot of work for changing just one number or a last name.

I would like to be able to edit a patient's phone number or add a patient with their name to send a message instead of having to use the csv file. The csv file is already cumbersome to create per the requirements.

Provide the ability for those with administrative access to individually add, modify, and delete contacts, not requiring a full upload of a database file.
