2 day reminders
To whom it may concern,
We have a new text message reminder being sent out 2 business days prior to patients appointments. Everything works great until Thursday and Fridays text messages not out until the weekend. We would like to figure out a way that we can have them sent 2 business days prior to the appointment. We have a new policy in place that requires all patients to confirm 24 hours prior to the appointment or it is cancelled. We have talked to support a few times and they said that weave is not set up that way and we would have to set it up for 3 days prior since weave doesn't recognize business days. If we mark closed on Saturday and Sunday then the system should be able to recognize 2 days prior to those days being closed.
We need our Monday appointment reminders to be sent out on the prior Thursday and we need our Tuesday appointment reminders to be sent out the prior Friday. I know it is possible. Can someone help our office?

Hello! When we get here on Monday, we manually send messages to patients who are unconfirmed on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday's schedule. A simple message that asks if we can confirm those appointments. On Thursday, we manually message unconfirmed patients for Monday. On Friday, we message Tuesday. We do this so we can keep our schedule clear of patients who wish to reschedule and have plenty of time to fill those spaces with patients on the waiting list. It would be lovely to eliminate that manual process entirely and have this automatically trigger to happen on these particular days. Sayyy. maybe around 8:30 or so. Thanks! In a nutshell, we need a customizable builder for automated communications :D

We are having an issue with text reminders for Tuesday appointments.... we have monday thru friday checked for reminders to be sent and Tuesday reminders are sent out on monday 2x...once as a 2 day reminder which is not ok as its only 1 day and the 2nd text reminder same day as a not confirmed 1 day prior..... Tuesday reminders should go out on Friday along with Monday reminder. How do we get this fixed?

This idea was previously posted and marked COMPLETED in 2019, but the feature was not added. So I'll post it again - can you customize the days a reminder is sent so offices have control and can avoid reminders going out either when the office is closed or on a weekend. Yes you can pick what day(s) they are sent and it will pick the day closest to the one selected, but allowing control for exactly which day prior is a needed feature (i.e. Monday reminder on Friday, but Tuesday reminder on Sunday)
